THE LOCATION IS SUNNY AND BRIGHT on the southwest side of San Juan with expansive views of the mountains and the sea. The cottage is in a quiet setting on a 6 &1/2 acre horse "ranch". The surrounding area is rural residential. The nearest neighbor is 250 ft., and the next nearest is about 350 ft. The other neighbors are much further away in distance. The parcels in this area are from 3 & 1/2 acres to 10 acres. This property is NOT waterfront but water views. There is no immediate water access from this property, however, there is a lovely county beach within 15 minutes walking distance. The main house, where we live, is about 15 feet corner to corner from the cottage, however, there is privacy between with dense gardens and a decorative gate.. The guest cottage was here when we bought the property. We rarely use the cottage so we thought we would share it with others.
