At a Hamptons event, former Gov. Andrew Cuomo joked he’d move to Florida if far-left Zohran Mamdani became NYC mayor to a room of donors and supporters.

Former Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Saturday he’ll pack and bags and flee south to Florida if he loses the NYC mayoral race to socialist Zohran Mamdani.

In the poll by Slingshot Strategies, first reported by the New York Post, Mamdani has 36 percent of the vote compared to former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo 's 27 percent and current New York City Mayor Eric Adams' 14 percent. Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa landed 16 percent of the vote and independent candidate Jim Walden received 2 percent.

Andrew Cuomo and Eric Adams criticized each other's policies while uniting against mayoral frontrunner Zohran Mamdani in remarks made in recent day.

The state of New York has agreed to pay $450,000 to settle a lawsuit from an ex-aide to former Gov. Andrew Cuomo who alleged Cuomo sexually harassed and groped her while he was in office.
