Carlos Alcaraz secured his fifth Grand Slam title on Sunday after defeating world number one Jannik Sinner in an exhausting French Open final that stretched nearly five and a half hours at Roland-Garros.

For winning the French Open, Carlos Alcaraz took home a prize money of Rs 24.83 crore, while Sinner received Rs 12.42 crore, according to India TV. Both the men’s and women’s singles champions took home Rs 24.83 crore.

The young Spaniard clinched his fifth Grand Slam title with an astonishing comeback victory against Jannik Sinner.
