Rockstar Games announced Grand Theft Auto V on PC will receive an upgrade on March 4, 2025, bringing many graphical and in-game features originally exclusive to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

This title received critical acclaim for almost all aspects of it. It has an amazing concept, revolutionary gameplay, killer sound design, and visual fidelity but I would be lying if I said the title didn’t have its controversies.

GTA 5's PlayStation and Xbox exclusive features are finally coming to PC, meaning players will finally be able to take advantage of GTA+.

Grand Theft Auto V will be getting an update, but the catch is that this is tailored to the PC version and will focus on a slate of performance and technical improvements for the most part, features that were made available on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S when the current-gen versions of the game arrived.

The only official content we've had from Rockstar Games itself so far is the first, and so far only, trailer for GTA 6 in December 2023 and there has not been any update from the studio about it since.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is expected to be released for consoles later this year. In typical Rockstar Games fashion, the PC release is still unknown. Traditionally, the studio will port their games to PC one-to-two years later.
