The Royal Family are prepared to sanction the removal of Prince Harry and Meghan's Sussex titles if the couple release further damaging bombshell claims about the monarchy, according to a royal source.

A royal source told The Mail that the Royal Family have reportedly considered a potential sanction which could be enforced if Harry and Meghan publicly slam Harry’s royal relatives again. It is believed an Act of Parliament would be needed to take the Sussex title away from the couple.

Meghan Markle shared on her new Netflix show that "Sussex" is her family's surname. The change is common for members of the royal family.
