Israel identifies the remains of one more hostage while 9 Palestinians are killed in Gaza City
Israel says the remains of Eliyahu Margalit, a hostage handed over by Hamas, have been identified. Margalit, 76, was abducted on October 7, 2023, when Hamas attacked Israel.
The handover came after Hamas’s military wing said it will hand over the body of a hostage that was pulled out Friday to the International Committee of the Red Cross.
