JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. ( WIAT) — A dead body was found in western Jefferson County on Tuesday. According to Henry Irby with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, the body was discovered in the 2000 block of Potter Road. Irby stated the JCSO did not have any other information to release.
