Cooper Flagg's mother says she'll get a tattoo to celebrate if her son caps off his freshman season by leading Duke to a national title.

SAN ANTONIO -- Cooper Flagg ’s mom has vowed to get a tattoo if Duke wins the NCAA championship on Monday night. But there’s a catch: Cooper, the presumed No. 1 pick in the NBA Draft, gets to design the tattoo. So what would it look like?
