The Lions (5-2) beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-2) 24-9 on Monday, Oct. 20 at Ford Field in Detroit. Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs paced the offense with 136 rushing yards and 82 receiving yards, both season highs for him, and added two touchdowns on the ground.

Detroit got a superb all-around performance from its linebacking corps, as Jack Campbell, Alex Anzalone and Derrick Barnes were all exceptional. Campbell stuffed the stat sheet with eight total tackles, a sack, two tackles for loss and a pass defensed.

Gibbs paced Detroit's offense with two TDs on 218 scrimmage yards and the defense enjoyed impressive performances from the reserves.
