In an effort to strengthen their roster for the upcoming season, Lane Kiffin’s Ole Miss Rebels have added a player from the Penn State Nittany Lions through the transfer portal.

Kiffin has prioritized transfer portal recruiting the past few seasons and it seems to have massively helped Ole Miss. They finished the 2024 college football season with a 10-3 record and a 5-3 mark in SEC play. On Sunday, the Rebels were aided in their search to reach the top of the SEC.

Penn State’s leading wide receiver from the 2024 season is heading to the SEC. On Sunday, Harrison Wallace III announced his commitment out of the NCAA transfer portal to Ole Miss. Wallace III will have a year of eligibility remaining with the Rebels.

The Ole Miss receiving corps were going to have to be rebuilt heading into the offseason. After losing a ton of production from this year’s 10-3 squad, replacements had to be made.

After capping off their 2024 season with a win in the Gator Bowl, Ole Miss football has now turned its focus to 2025. Head coach Lane Kiffin and his staff have excelled at recruiting in the transfer portal.
