The night before the game, the Eagles' leaders addressed the team. That included star running back Saquon Barkley, who had become one of the team’s hearts. Rushing for over 2000 yards and nothing an Offensive Player of the Year Award, Barkley’s sterling season came to an end in the best way it could have.

Barkley, who led both the NFL in rushing and the Philadelphia Eagles to last week's Super Bowl LIX, is likely toasting his post- New York Giants ' success in his upgraded home. He moved from a 6,900-square foot mansion in Montville, New Jersey to a 10,000-plus-square-foot monstrosity in his new home in Philly.
