A dramatic video recorded in South Dakota on Sunday shows a massive tornado spinning across the landscape during severe weather.

Much of eastern South Dakota continues to be in a hazardous weather outlook on Tuesday, with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms this evening. Storm of the storms could produce heavy rainfall, according to the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls.
