South Florida is expected to hire Ohio State offensive coordinator Brian Hartline as the next head coach in Tampa, sources told CBS Sports' Matt Zenitz and Chris Hummer. Hartline informed the Buckeyes of his intention to take the Bulls job this morning.
The Crimson Tide football program announced Tuesday, Dec. 2 it would move its 2026 meeting with the Bulls to 2032 and replace the game with one against Chattanooga. Alabama signed a three-game contract with South Florida on April 4, 2019. The Crimson Tide beat the Bulls in each of the first two meetings in 2023 and 2024.
