“CCSO remains in command of the criminal investigation,” the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) said in a Monday morning news release. CCSO handed over command for search operations at 6 p.m. on Sunday. If more information about Decker’s location is revealed by the investigation, CCSO search teams will be notified.
