Tropical Storm Dexter forms off North Carolina, poses no threat to land
The National Hurricane Center said the storm will speed up through early Tuesday and then slow down on Wednesday when it will likely become post-tropical. While it may strengthen somewhat during this time frame, it poses no threat to land.
