According to the National Hurricane Center's 11 a.m. Tuesday advisory, Tropical Storm Lorenzo is in the Atlantic Ocean, 1,385 miles west of the Cabo Verde Islands. It is moving to the northwest at 15 mph, with maximum sustained winds of 45 mph.
