Alabama football's Ryan Williams has had an up-and-down year, but Ty Simpson believes he's the nation's best player, and expects continued production.

The Alabama football quarterback has been as good as anyone in the country through his first six starts. Simpson leads the SEC with 16 passing touchdowns. He is one of seven quarterbacks nationally with a 70% completion percentage, at least 16 touchdowns and at least 1,500 passing yards, and one of three on that list with a single interception.
