Dozens of "No Kings" rallies are scheduled across western Washington for Saturday, Oct. 18, from Bellingham to Vancouver, to the San Juan Islands.
Millions of protesters took to the streets nationwide as part of the "No Kings" protests against Donald Trump's authoritarian crackdowns. This comes as Trump and his allies have tried to paint the protests as a "Hate America" rally.
The demonstrations against the US president - which Republicans had called "hate-America rallies" - were boisterous but peaceful.
Protesters turned out at roughly 2,700 rallies around the country to celebrate free speech and protest many of the Trump administration's actions.
The demonstrations follow a wave of protests in June that organizers say drew more than 5 million people in cities across the country.
The nation is seeing its second "No Kings" against President Donald Trump as Republicans call demonstrations a distraction from the government shutdown.
