LUMBERTON — A Lumberton man is suing Robeson County and four Sheriff’s Department officers in federal court for alleged misconduct during an incident and arrest in 2021.
A murder suspect is back in custody on Thursday after impersonating another inmate, according to Robeson County Sheriff Burnis Wilkins.
