The U.S. immigration agency announced it will re-examine green card holders from what the administration calls “every country of concern” after authorities identified the suspect in the shooting of National Guard members as an Afghan national.

"You probably noticed that people aren't wanting to be delivering by sea, and we'll be starting to stop them by land also. The land is easier, but that's going to start very soon," Trump said.
