Injury has resulted in Virat Kohli missing Delhi's Ranji Trophy matches. The reasons are said to be a neck ailment. A much-awaited fixture for Delhi was upcoming against UP and Vidarbha on Monday and Wednesday.

The BCCI has made playing domestic cricket mandatory for its contracted cricketers unless there is a fitness issue following the series loss in Australia earlier this month.

Delhi cricket team coach Sarandeep Singh confirmed on Monday that Virat Kohli will be available for selection for the side’s Ranji Trophy match against Railways, set to start on January 30.
