What would have been Oconto's first Christmas parade in five years has been called off due to the bitter cold expected Saturday.

Organized by Portland City Councilor Tiffany Koyama Lane, this event takes place prior to council’s meeting (at 6:00) on her resolution that intends to reaffirm the city’s commitment to Vision Zero.
