Apple TV+ was once one of the most affordable streaming services on the market, but Apple just raised the price to $12.99, more than double its original price.

Existing Apple TV+ subscribers can expect the price hike to roll out in the next 30 days. But there's a way to save if you plan on sticking with the streaming service for the next year.

Apple TV+ subscribers who pay from month to month will have to pay more to continue streaming content on the premium service, but not annual subscribers.
