WALTON COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – A 66-year-old Freeport Woman has died after an accident on Highway 98 near South Watersound Parkway in Walton County. The accident occurred around 8:00 a.m. on Monday.

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office crisis response team is attempting to communicate to the subject and they remain on scene.

According to the Durham County Sheriff's Office, the shooting happened around 9 p.m. Tuesday while the victim was driving on South Mineral Springs Road near N.C. Highway 98.
