FAYETTEVILLE — Little Rock transfer right-handed pitcher Jackson Wells committed to the Arkansas baseball team Wednesday. Wells, a Rogers native who played his freshman season at UA-Rich Mountain in Mena before playing the 2023-25 seasons with the Trojans, is the Razorbacks’ first transfer commitment this offseason.

The Vols take on Arkansas in the Fayetteville Super Regional, which starts June 7 (5 p.m. ET, ESPN) at Baum-Walker Stadium. Tennessee (46-17) is in a super regional for a fifth straight season, the longest streak in the nation.
