Three people are dead including the suspect and three were injured after a shooting took place near an airport and church in Lexington on Sunday, July 13.

The man accused of killing two women at a Kentucky church and wounding a state trooper in separate shootings had been expected in court for a domestic violence hearing the next day.

Two women were killed, and three others, including a Kentucky State Trooper, were injured after a suspect shot at the officer and fled to the Richmond Road Baptist Church, Kentucky authorities said on Sunday. Police have confirmed that the suspect is also dead.
