Former Brewers pitcher Tyler Alexander signed with a new team June 8, then took an Uber from Milwaukee to arrive in time to pitch that game.

The newly added Sox lefty arrived at Rate Field after the game started and was pitching by the fourth inning after riding in from Wisconsin.

Tyler Alexander signed a one-year deal with the White Sox on Sunday, and then hopped in a car for a ride from Milwaukee to Chicago to join his new team. Alexander pitched three innings of one-run ball in his Chicago debut.
