Behind the scenes at the WIAA State Girls Basketball Tournament
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WAOW) -- The 2025 Girls State Basketball Tournament is officially underway in Green Bay. 15 games will be played over 3 days, culminating in five teams leaving with gold balls on championship Saturday. The games are broadcast across the state on the WIAA state network, which requires a huge effort.
