PHOENIX – A small Phoenix retail center recently sold for nearly $4.5 million after garnering multiple offers. The 1.1-acre property, which is known as the Shops at Kohls, sits within the larger Kohls-anchored shopping center at 48th Street and Chandler Boulevard in Ahwatukee.

Over half a dozen restaurants in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa closed in February with cuisines that ranged from Tex-Mex to steak and Italian.
