Mattel announced on Tuesday that Barbie will be releasing a line dedicated to four famous friendship duos who strive to empower and uplift one another.

Barbie is celebrating the power of friendship with help from Olympic gymnasts Jordan Chiles and Jade Carey. Announced Tuesday, Mattel has revealed one-of-a-kind dolls based on the star athletes. The toy company's latest launch was inspired by a recent statistic suggesting that 55 percent of Gen Z and Millennials say friendship is more important than a romantic relationship.
