The Pittsburgh Penguins have activated star forward Evgeni Malkin off of injured reserve. Malkin missed the Penguins’ last four games with an upper-body injury.

The Pittsburgh Penguins announced Tuesday that center Evgeni Malkin has been activated from the injured reserve. In a corresponding roster, right winger Jesse Puljujarvi has been assigned to the AHL’s Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.
