TEAMtalk on MSNArsenal stance on Gabriel Martinelli future revealed with Mikel Arteta a huge factorExclusive: The Gunners manager, Mikel Arteta, is clear in his views of the Brazil winger and his future at the Emirates Stadium as he recovers from his hamstring injury
Arsenal Insider exclusively revealed on Wednesday that Arsenal could sell one of Martinelli or Leandro Trossard in the summer transfer window. Both players have been attracting interest from the Saudi Pro League, who have shown over the last two years that they are happy to spend outrageous money.
Arsenal would consider selling Gabriel Martinelli if they received an offer deemed to be in excess of his market value, a report has claimed. 23-year-old Martinelli and fellow winger Leandro Trossard have been touted as players Arsenal could axe this summer in a bid to raise money for other reinforcements.
Mikel Arteta has ruled Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli out until April, meaning Arsenal will enter the Champions League last 16 without any of their first-choice front four. Saka has been missing since undergoing hamstring surgery in December and Martinelli has been absent since the start of February.
