A couple of clipper storms sweeping east from Alberta, Canada, will bring snow to parts of upstate New York this week. The first of the two quick-moving systems is expected to bring a wintry mix to parts of the state overnight Wednesday into Thursday, according to Dave Dombek, a senior meteorologist with AccuWeather.
