The New England Patriots were once one of the most renowned organizations in all of sports. Now, they are turning into quite a nightmare. And no, it's not just because of their head-coaching situation.

It looks like Robert Kraft got lucky. The Patriots owner probably should have hired Mike Vrabel a year ago, when the former Titans coach ... the opposite effect in Tennessee.

After trying to move on from the Bill Belichick era, the Patriots are now going right back to a successor much more like him.

As a player, Vrabel won three Super Bowl titles, excelling at outside linebacker and moonlighting as a tight end. Vrabel was inducted into the Patriots Hall of Fame during the 2023 season, and reportedly ruffled some feathers in Tennessee while he attended the ceremony during the Titans bye week.
