Voters in Hoboken chose their next mayor on Tuesday in a runoff election between two city council members. Hoboken Mayor-elect Emily Jabbour received 53.57% of the vote and Michael Russo had 46.43%, according to unofficial results from the Hudson County’s clerk’s office with all districts reporting.
