The Seattle Seahawks' search for a new offensive coordinator was not a speedy process, but they now have their man after it led them to a former division rival. Per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, the Seahawks are hiring Klint Kubiak as the replacement for Ryan Grubb.

The Seattle Seahawks are hiring Klint Kubiak to fill their offensive coordinator role under head coach Mike Macdonald, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Las Vegas Raiders coach Pete Carroll has retained defensive coordinator Patrick Graham, a person familiar with the decision said Thursday. Carroll said at his introductory news conference on Monday that he planned to keep some coaches from the previous staff.
