Cryptocurrency executives swilled cocktails and danced to rap superstar Snoop Dogg on Friday night as they celebrated the approaching inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump, whose administration has promised major changes in crypto policy.

During the November 2024 election, Kamala Harris counted on the backing of everyone from Barbara Streisand, Spike Lee, Mark Hamill, Jamie Lee Curtis, Cardi B and Charli XCX, to Lil Nas X, Kerry Washington, Mark Ruffalo, Taylor Swift, Beyonce, and Shonda Rhimes.

Snoop is just one of many performers lined up for Trump's inaugural events. According to CNN, Nelly will reportedly attend the Liberty Inaugural Ball on Monday, where Trump is also expected to be in attendance. NBC News reports that rappers Rod Wave, Kodak Black, and Fivio Foreign will also allegedly attend events.

Nelly isn’t the only rapper to participate in Trump’s inauguration festivities. Earlier this weekend, it was widely reported that Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross and Soulja Boy performed at the president-elect’s Crypto Ball pre-inaugural soiree in Washington, D.C., at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium on Friday (Jan. 17).
