STATEN ISLAND N.Y.-- Port Richmond High School performed A Chorus Line at the 11th annual Schubert Festival, held at the Shubert Theatre, in Manhattan on March 24, 2025.
The theatre changed hands again in 1991, although it retained the Shubert name, and continued to host a variety of plays and musicals, like Guys and Dolls, Hair, A Chorus Line and Rent.
“A Chorus Line” is the ultimate backstage musical. It opened at the Shubert Theater on Broadway on July 25, 1975 and continued for 6137 performances.
