South Allegheny said students are ready to help clear sidewalks and driveways for residents as Western Pennsylvania is predicted to see heavy snowfall starting Sunday.

"This is a complicated forecast and details regarding the location of heaviest snowfall and freezing rain totals remain uncertain," the NWS says.
