Brad Marchand has been a significant part of the rivalry, as he was a part of all four of the Bruins' playoff series wins against the Maple Leafs since 2013. He also often plays some of his best hockey against the Leafs and ups his physicality in the process.

There is a lot of excitement heading into the inaugural 4 Nations Face-Off, though some people question the type of effort players will give during the in-season tournament.
