As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the midfielder has completed the implantation of a subcutaneous defibrillator at the Hemodynamics department of the Careggi hospital in Florence, where he has been hospitalized since December 1st. The operation took place this morning at 8 am and was successful.
