The No Kings Day of Defiance has been organized to reject authoritarianism, billionaire-first politics, and the militarization of the country’s democracy, according to a statement by organizers.
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) -Thousands in cities across the Ozarks, as well as millions nationwide, turned out for ‘No Kings’ protests Saturday. It’s the second time Indivisible and other groups have organized a ‘No Kings’ protest day; the first time was on June 14. This comes as the government shutdown drags on its 18th day.
