A developing storm system could bring the first meaningful winter weather of the season to the New York City area early next week, but the exact impacts depend on where a potential nor’easter decides to track.
A coastal storm is set to bring accumulating snow to parts of New York and New Jersey early Tuesday, with higher totals now expected inland.
On Wednesday at 9:48 a.m. the National Weather Service released an updated winter storm watch valid from Thursday 1 a.m. until Friday 7 a.m. for Onondaga, Madison and Oneida counties.
