Planned Parenthood is set to shutter its last two Louisiana facilities next month, a move pro-life advocates say shows the "success" of their movement.

"This is not a decision we wanted to make," said Melaney Linton, the president and CEO of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, adding that "political warfare" on the nonprofit by its opponents forced the closures.

With its federal funding threatened in Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill, Planned Parenthood will cease Louisiana operations after 40 years.
