Northbound I-35 was shut down before 67th Street in Johnson County, Kansas, Thursday night due to a large police presence.

Ladarius Fowler was charged with Felony Fleeing and Aggravated Assault on a police officer, relating to an incident that occurred Tuesday, June 10th, in the 2500 block of 26th Street.
