Former England rugby player Tom Voyce is believed to have died after going into a river in his car, local authorities have said.

Searches to locate the missing ex-Gloucester Rugby and Bath player Tom Voyce are ongoing. It was announced yesterday (December 10) that Tom was presumed dead after attempting to cross a flood-swollen river during Storm Darragh.
