President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump tour the Texas flood devastation and the State Department begins laying employees.

A Texas man was arrested on federal charges after an alleged Facebook threat saying “I won’t miss" ahead of Trump’s Kerrville visit after the Fourth of July flash floods.

President Donald Trump is touring the devastation left by flash flooding in central Texas amid growing questions about how local officials responded to the crisis as well as questions about the federal response -- including the fate of the Federal Emergency Management Agency -- that he has so far avoided.

President Trump has not talked about eliminating FEMA as the emergency response agency helps with recovery efforts from the Texas floods.

The reporter said that several families were angry because they felt that alerts for the flood did not go out in time.

Gov. Greg Abbott has acknowledged DOJ concerns that some districts were drawn “along strict racial lines.” Critics say it’s a political ploy.
