University of Georgia wide receiver Colbie Young has reached a plea deal and will serve no jail time over his assault case involving a pregnant ex-girlfriend.

ATHENS — Georgia wide receiver Colbie Young has reached a plea deal with the Solicitor’s Office in Athens-Clarke County, according to a report from Marc Weiszer of the Athens Banner-Herald. Young’s lawyer, Kim Stephens, stated that the misdemeanor charge of simple battery was changed to disorderly conduct.
