Elton John made it to the opening night of his new musical in London on Sunday night (Dec. 1), but the pop icon admitted that he could hear the show, but could not see any of it. According to the Associated Press,

Elton John has revealed that he cannot watch his new musical because of his failing eyesight. A severe eye infection has left him blind in his right eye with only limited vision in his left.
