Indian grandmaster D Gukesh fought extremely hard but couldn't overcome defending champion Ding Liren in game 13 of the World Chess Championship. The draw leaves the score tied at 6.5-6.5 with one classical game left.

A well-prepared Gukesh had all the advantage in game 13 but one slight misjudgment meant Ding defended his way back for a draw.
